internet!!!

on the third day in Guardamar i can finally connect to the world via the great world wide web! im very happy that i have been online for ~4 hours. it is 0027 now, im tired and sleepy but im afraid that once i turn off my laptop i wont be able to reconnect again tmr!! :'(

Guardamar has been wonderful so far. on sunday night, i arrived tired and hungry at the Pension after 12 hours of transportation. monday was our first official day. the whole group had lunch together, followed by a 4 hour walking tour around town from 5-9pm. we walked through a public plaza, low density residence, a restored castle from the 10th century, forest, sand dunes, and of course the beach! and got a first feeling of the mediterranean sea! unlike the pacific ocean, the water here is nice and warm. but im not a huge beach fan and walking on sand for >1 hour on the first day on studio will keep me off the beach for at least one good week, i think... lol.

okay. wendy is asleep already, i should probably turn off the lights and go to bed too. lets hope that i can also have internet when i wake up in the morning! (fingers crossed.)
